Hello Everyone,
I wanted to post this early in the hopes that we may have several people that may be interested in volunteering to help us out this coming year with our annual Operation Helping Hero's Freedom Ride benefiting The Family & Friends for Freedom Fund Inc, which aids in the recovery of our combat wounded Marines and other servicemen and women coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan.
We are in need of several safety/support boats for our annual Operation Helping Hero's Freedom Ride July 16 thru 18, 2010. The itinerary for this ride is listed on this forum under 2010 Operation Helping Hero's Freedom Ride. These boats will help us transport some of the executive members of the charity organization that we are raising money for as well as some injured servicemen and women who wish to go on the journey. It would be great if these boats could do the entire 3-day event with us but if you are only able to commit to the Saturday one day portion of the ride it will still be a tremendous help. Please let me know as soon as possible so that I may make plans for a slip at the Marine Base Marina.
